The Certified Technicians at Lake Ford can perform a lot of the same services in your driveway at home or in the parking lot at work that we do in our Service Department, including: recalls, battery replacement, cabin air filters, wiper blades, air filters, belts, hoses, bulbs, fluids, check engine lights and Multi-Point Inspections.

As with Lake Ford's PickUp & Delivery Service, there is no additional cost to you and no effort is required on your part, we will take care of everything!

We Come to Your Home or Work:

Similiar to our PickUp & Delivery Service, but with the Lake Ford Mobile Service program, your vehicle never leaves your home or work. We perform the requested services in your driveway or in the parking lot of your work. You can schedule an appointment with our team over the phone. We will help you choose a time and date that fits your schedule. We will drive to your location to complete the services.

We Service It:

Once we arrive at your home or work, we will perform the work you have authorized. We will not require you to wait for the service to finish - you can go about your day as we care for everything. We will notify you if we notice any other maintenance items your vehicle may need.

We Are On Our Way:

After finishing the service appointment, we will be on our way. You will not need to leave your home or work to get your vehicle, let us take care of everything! We will call you to confirm the completed appointment and ensure you are at home or work to receive your keys when we drop off your vehicle.

As with our services, the entire Mobile Service process is seamless as well. Simply call the Lake Ford Mobile Service Hotline at 414-817-3156 to schedule an appointment and request an at home or at work Mobile Service appointment. On the day of your Mobile Service, you will receive notifications, including the name and photo of the Lake Ford Technician who will be arriving to service your vehicle, as well as notifications when they are on their way. You will also receive updates via phone, text, or email to keep you informed of your vehicle's service progress. Your vehicle will be serviced during the same day!

Disclaimer: Mobile service may be limited based on distance from Lake Ford. A non-operational vehicle is not eligible for Mobile Service and may require a roadside event. Same day appointments are not available for Mobile Service. Ford vehicles qualify for Pickup & Delivery if the vehicle is operational and safe for highway travel. There is no charge for Lake Ford's Mobile Service, you only pay for the parts, labor, and materials you authorize.
