Let us walk you through the process today.
Pick It Up: There's no need to make a trip to our dealership in Milwaukee, WI, to get the ball rolling - you can schedule an appointment with our team over the phone. We'll help you choose a time and date that fits your lifestyle without asking you to visit us first. On the service date, we'll drive to your location to pick up your vehicle and bring it back to our service center.
Service It: Once we have your car back at our service center, we'll get to work providing maintenance or replacement for worn-down parts and systems. We won't require you to wait for the service to finish - you can go about your day as we care for everything. We'll notify you if we notice any other maintenance needs your vehicle may have.
Drop It Off: After finishing the service appointment, we'll bring your car back to you. You won't need to leave home to get your vehicle - we care for everything! We'll call you to confirm the completed appointment and ensure you're at home to receive your keys when we drop off your vehicle.

Service Pick Up and Delivery hours are every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; with pick-ups available from 8:00-11:00 AM and delivery from 1:00-4:00 PM.

Yes, only at Lake. Your vehicle will not be serviced anywhere else without your prior consent.
YES. All makes & models…foreign and domestic are eligible for customer-pay repairs, as long as your vehicle is operational and safe for highway travel, let us pick it up and deliver it back to you when the authorized repairs have been completed by one of our Certified Technicians. Vehicles that need to be towed-in due to an accident or are non-operational or unsafe do not qualify.

There is NO CHARGE associated with our Pick-Up & Delivery Service, it is 100% complementary.Â
Service Loaner vehicles are at the discretion of the Lake Service Manager, so please confirm when you schedule your service. Alternative options may be offered as well.
You must contact a Lake Service Advisor at least 24 hours prior to you Pick-Up & Delivery appointment time to adjust or cancel the time and/or location of your Pick-Up & Delivery service.

The only time you may be assessed a $75.00 cancellation fee is if you fail to notify our Service Department of changes 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes include date, time, and location of Pick-Up and/or Delivery.
